Summer base runs start the 1st week of July.

Hi interested Runner!

Enjoy the company and experience of top DFW runners during early morning "Rhythm Runs" Tuesdays and Thursdays.  These are 10 mile runs geared for anyone who can use around a 7:00 mile or faster workout.  Some runners go shorter and some go longer -- some run more slowly for easy mileage, while others run faster using it as a tempo.

This informal group leaves at 6am sharp from Norbuck Park (CST).  The route runs clockwise around the lake and the miles are marked for the "have to know the splits" athlete.  We meet Tues/Thurs year-round, plus Saturdays during the summer.

This is a great way for off-season high schoolers, collegian and out of town elite runners to share the hospitality of the local running scene!

Starting at Norbuck Park, 10 miles Clockwise.
